We've put together a guide for you so you know what delivery charges to expect. Full delivery costs are displayed to you in your shopping basket and are confirmed to you before you checkout. We endeavour to keep delivery schedules as effecient and cost effective as possible. Scroll down the page for general information about UK delivery.

Please remember that all of our deliveries are conducted by a third party and iComp Ink Cartridges has no control over missing or delayed items. If you have a problem with a delivery please contact the delivery company with which your order was dispatch as they will be able to provide you with more information.

Any order completed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the sameday.

If you choose the "Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded (2-5 Days)" or "Free Delivery" service, we withhold the right to delay shipment for one or more days and then dispatch using a next working day service, thus achieving delivery within the quoted timeframe. This only happens in exceptionally busy times and is not the normal procedure.

You can use Royal Mails online Track & Trace facility to follow the progress of your delivery. Simply enter your reference number for the item and they will trace your item.

Delivery FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

How will it be delivered?

All items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Mail, or Courier. Some items are shipped only by courier due to weight and value.

Why hasn't my order arrived?

If you order was sent via Courier then please use the tracking number to locate your order, If your order was sent via Royal Mail then it will be dispatched by us within 24 hours but can take upto 15 days to be delivered by Royal Mail. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 15 days after the expected delivery date. If your order is urgent we recommend using one of our courier services.

How long will it take to arrive?

If you place your order before 3pm (Sometimes even later) you can usually expect to accept delivery by the next working day.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Please be advised that all our deliveries are conducted by third part couriers, and Impact Computers has no control over delayed delivers or missing items. In such an event please contact the courier with which your was sent out, and give them the consignment or tracking number. You would have received this via email when your order was dispatched.

Northern Ireland and UK Offshore Islands including IOM

When signing up you must select the correct country, for example for Nothern Ireland please select "Northern Ireland". Failure to do so will give the wrong couriers and prices available. If this occurs we will debit the difference in postage costs.

Royal Mail

Royal Mail visit us every working day to collect post, deliveries sent 1st class normally arrive in 1-2 days, items sent 2nd class normally arrive within 3 days. While every effort is made by Royal Mail to deliver your goods on time we cannot be held responsible for delays in the royal mail network. If you require goods urgently please choose a delivery method which guarantees a delivery time. Goods will only be classed as lost after 15 working days from dispatch.

If the event that someone isn’t available to sign for the package when it arrives the postman will leave a card and then return the package to your local Post Office. It is then your responsibility to contact the Post Office to arrange the redelivery or to collect the item. If the package isn’t collect from the Post Office within 14 days (In some case it’s only 7 days) it will be returned us and you will be liable for any additional P&P charges.

Courier Deliveries

Please take the time to make other arrangements if you're not going to be at your delivery address, the courier will only attempt to deliver on 2 occasions for free. If you would like us to attempt any further deliveries we are charged £5 which will be passed on to you. It is possible to pick up the order from their depot to avoid this charge. It is important to call the courier after they have tried to deliver the first time so you can rearrange delivery or collect the goods, they will automatically try to deliver your goods the next working day if you do not call. If you would like us to rearrange delivery, leave safe or with a chosen neighbour please contact us with clear instructions.

If they are unable to deliver your order (in other words, if you're never in and don't collect from the depot to get your order) the package is returned to us and we are charged £5. If this happens, we unfortunately will have to pass the charge onto you. You will be refunded the value of the goods that were returned to us minus the total cost of delivery and return, or we can resend the order (at an additional cost to you).

Failure to provide the correct post code, road name and house number or house name may result in having your parcel resent as a new order at a charge of £6.99.
